EXCHANGE POLICY



We do not offer refunds however; we gladly exchange sizes.

Exchanges must be requested within two days (48 hours) of receiving your order. Exchange requests are sent through mail only. You can reach us at info@najlah.store

 

 
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items cannot be exchanged with other color/design. Only size.
Swimwear cannot be exchanged.
Sale items cannot be exchanged nor returned.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unmarked in anyway, please be careful while trying on garments to avoid makeup or fake tan transferring onto the fabric. To qualify for an exchange items must not show any signs of wear or tear.
Unfortunately, we cannot receive any item which is damaged due to staining (food, makeup, sweat, etc.) or scent (perfumes or body odor).
Please note that items are handmade to order so you will receive your item in a brand-new condition, so this is how we expect to receive them back.
